New Probate Regulations:
The Bureau of Indian Affairs has finalized changes to federal probate regulations - aimed at streamlining the probate process.
Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs Bryan Newland said in a press release, "With this final rule, the BIA's process for probating Indian trust estates can now work more efficiently."
